Seeking Recommendations for Dublin B and B - September

I'm basically replying to "up" your topic since nobody has replied yet. I have no experience staying in a B&B in Dublin, but can recommend the Harcourt Hotel in Harcourt Street as affordable, clean and pleasant, with a very convenient location. Except I have to say it was noisy late at night. We were there on a weekend when the weather was warm and dry, so people were partying out in the street. There are half a dozen bars on that block, though you'd never guess it in the daytime.
