There’s a Search bar at the top of the page. You can then narrow down the results by type of entry, and date ranges.

Just found it after I expanded my screen, but it takes me out of the country specific forum.

You can also do a directed Google search, such as:
"rick steves "travel-forum/ireland" hotels

This specifies that the search results must include rick and steves and the specific string "travel-forum/ireland" and further refines for posts that include the keyword "hotels."
