Are there tours that include Scotland and Ireland?
Just Google "tour scotland ireland" and you will get loads of options. And keep in mind the difference between Northern Ireland (part of the UK, uses GBP as currency) or the Republic of Ireland (totally independent country and uses EUR) as you study the results and tour offerings.
Thank you for your advice - I was hoping to stay within Rick Steves' Europe tours.
No, he doesn't have one tour that goes to both. You would have to take two separate tours back-to-back (and you wouldn't be the first to do something like that). Or, do one with a tour and do the other on your own before or after.

We have used TAUCK Tours, many times. They are the original group tour company. They are the top of the line, as far as tours are concerned. They offer tours to Ireland and Scotland. We have done the 14 day tour of Ireland. It was beyond fantastic. We have met many people on various tours, who have done back to back TAUCK tours. In fact, we just did Japan, in March. There were four other couples, who had just finished TAUCK tours, before Japan.
