Scheduling mistake for Aircoach bus. Not sure what to do

Trying to do too many things late at night, scheduled a roundtrip Aircoach Bus ticket Dublin to Belfast 5/10/19,
intending to return on 5/13/19, made a mistake and purchased for 5/14/19.

Aircoach has a contact form on the website, I contacted immediately and explained (on 5/03) and have not heard back.

Will I be able to use Tuesday's ticket on Monday, Belfast to Dublin?

Alternatively there is an address for snail mail but it will never get there in time.

Thoughts? Thank you in advance!

Does their site have an FAQ section , or something addressing changes/refunds?

Are you able to phone them?

Does this answer your question? From the aircoach website FAQ, https://www.aircoach.ie/faqs:

"Return Tickets booked online:
for time specific bookings the outward portion of your return booking will be valid for travel on the selected departure time on your chosen route, on the date specified on your booking. For the return journey the return portion will be valid for travel on the selected departure time on your chosen route, on the date specified on your booking. Subject to availability you may be allowed to travel on an earlier departure on the day of your booking, however, your seat is only guaranteed on the timed journey specified on your booking. When travelling from Dublin Airport only, and where there has been a flight delay, passengers may be allowed to travel on a later journey than the one booked."

If you don't want to try to call aircoach from home you might want to ask if you can change your return date and time when you depart Dublin.

We purchased the Verizon $10.00/day phone plan and knowing how they are....the one phone call to Dublin will activate it.

We will talk to them on the way outbound to see if we can change it and hope for the best.

They are pretty relaxed on the aircoach, you should be fine.
