Roxford Lodge Dublin

We had a trip planned from April 19-30th. Due to COVID-19, we obviously had to change our plans and are trying to go in September now. I have successfully changed every other reservation. I have been reaching out to Roxford Lodge Hotel in Dublin for almost a month now and have had no responses to emails or phone calls. I was wondering if anyone else has had any success in contacting this hotel? I know most of Dublin is closed, but i figured I would check and see since their website does not seem to be updated that they are closed.

I don’t believe they’re closed based on info on their home page. They’re serving breakfast, lowered their rates, wiping down rooms and asking for their guests‘ support during CV19. It sounds like they’re open. I’d continually try calling them directly.

Sorry I can’t help with your specific query, but unfortunately, I can’t see this trip happening this September, so be prepared for it to be cancelled.

Irish hotels have had to close, so the previous post is incorrect. Most businesses are maintaining contact by email even though places are closed, so if you haven’t heard from them for a month, it doesn’t sound promising.

I'm having the same experience with the Roxford Lodge. I have contacted both through the portal and via direct emails, but zero response. I really just wanted a voucher for future use, but the lack of response has left me with a lack of desire to stay with them.
