Can anyone tell me how I can see the Rock of Cashel without renting a car? Public transit, driver, day tour or…? We will probably be coming from Kilkenny but that’s not set in stone.

I did this by train and bus many years ago. I was coming from Killarney by train, took a bus from Cork to Cashel, the a bus to get to train to get to Kilkenny. Might be easier to use a day tour if it includes other places you might like to see. I seem to recall a problem with one of the bus connections, and having to wait almost an hour for one so it ended up being quite time consuming.
