Ring of Kerry or Dingle Peninsula

We are a family group with "home base" in Killarney. Which would you recommend?

If you are based in Killarney, I would do the Ring of Kerrry. We did both and many on here will tell you to skip ROK and do Dingle, but we loved both and found them very different.
