Does this itinerary cover too many areas?
Day 1 - Arrive Dublin - Rent Car- Stay in Kilkenny (the person driving is arriving from Europe, so won't have jet lag)
Day 2 - Tour Kilkenney / Cashel - Stay in Kinsale
Day 3 - Tour Kinsale - stay in Dingle
Day 4 - Tour Dingle / Dingle Peninsula - stay in Dingle
Day 5- Cliffs of Moher - Stay in Doolin
Day 6 - Galway ?
Day 7 - Return car in Dublin /Tour Dublin
Day 8 - Dublin
Day 9 Leave Dublin
I'd say this plan is doable, but kind of rushed. If you want time to see the sights of Dublin and not be exhausted, eliminate Galway. Or, if you're really keen to experience Galway (which your question mark suggests you may not be), then head straight to Dingle after Kilkenny to free up a second day for Galway.
Whatever you decide, keep a flexible mindset and be ready to omit something if you get tired, want half a day to do laundry, or encounter something so fascinating it makes you want to linger.
