We were there in April. We did the Ring of Kerry staying in a B&B--but didn't go to Dingle.
We honestly didn't find the food very appetizing for the prices charged. Seafood is supposedly good, though. We ended up eating in a Thai restaurant in Waterville a couple of times.

We ate at Fishy Fishy in Kinsale! It's more of an upscale restaurant instead of a pub but the food was very good! Their mussels were excellent and if you go and pavlova is on the dessert menu, try it! It was wonderful!

Favorite restaurant in Kinsale closed but in Dingle loved the food at Grey's Lane Bistro (vegetarian and vegan options) and the pizza at Blue Zone (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options)

Not sure if you are wanting fine dining, but Global Village is very nice, great food! It’s in Dingle.
