Quin Abbey

Can anyone suggest a tour that goes to Quin Abbey from the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis? Or should I rent a car service to take me there? If so, can you recommend a car service? How much time should I allot for my visit? I will be in Ennis on Aug 27-28. Thanks.
