I'm not having much luck with this on Google maps, but looking for recommendations for fast, cheap but yummy eats near Trinity City Hotel. We're arriving at the hotel around noon and can't check in right away so I got tickets for the Book of Kells for 2:00. I'm sure we'll be starving so was hoping to find a spot to grab a quick bite that's close by.

There are several places to eat right on the Trinity campus. The Buttery is fast, cheap, near the Book of Kells site. It is cafeteria style with a range of hot dishes, salad bar, sandwiches, sweets. Not gourmet but ok for a quick bite. You don't have to wait to be seated or served. If this is not appealing, your hotel should be able to recommend places when you drop your bags.

If its a weekday the Buttery Food Court at Trinity College should work. So should the Perch Cafe.
However, no clue post Covid if either open to campus visitors anymore.
If it were me I’d head out for some pub grub. Try the Workshop Gastropub. 5-10 minute stroll from the hotel. Heads towards the river.
