We are trying to visit the Cliffs of Moher, then head to Dublin the following morning. need to be to Dublin by 12:00PM the following day of our stay.
We would like a quaint village with a Bed and Breakfast!

It's not in a village, but Moher Lodge, just five minutes down the road from the Cliffs, outside of Liscannor, is fantastic. Or you could go the other direction and stay in Doolin.

I think they want to get closer to Dublin than Moher, since they need to be there by noon.
We stayed in the heritage town of Birr, near the geographic center of Ireland.

The castle grounds have beautiful gardens, and the famous telescope, once the largest in the world.
It is 130km from Dublin, so Google says 1.5 hours away.
I'll try to find the name of the BandB where we stayed. It was a converted mill, I think, across the road from a castle entrance ( not sure fit was the main entrance). Breakfast was fantastic.

We stayed at The Maltings in Birr and loved it. I think all the rooms overlook the river and breakfast was served on the terrace. Birr is not really a quaint village but was pleasant.
