I would like to purchase tickets from LOCO2 to Edinburgh, Scotland from Belfast, Ireland. I looked on their website but couldn't determine if they will mail the tickets to my address in the USA. If not, can I purchase them in Belfast at a station or port? Thank you in advance for your help.

Loco2 tickets I have bought have been emailed to me as a PDF attachment.
Looking at that particular route, it looks like you collect the tickets at the station.

Ticket delivery for tickets bought on Loco2 depends on the particular train company used.
According to the man in seat 61 https://www.seat61.com/NorthernIreland.htm#via-Cairnryan Loco2 does not offer print at home tickets for this route or post them to you Either buy at the station in Belfast or virgin.trains will post them to you for a fee.
