I've posted before looking for advice on this topic and here I am again. I've found some upcoming fixtures listed on http://www.dublingaa.ie/fixtures/P1300#focus for Hurling games taking place in the Dublin area on July 12 and 13, both dates that work in our itinerary. Yay! However, I'm unable to figure out how to buy tickets for these games...is there a way, or is it likely the games are sold out? The Dublin GAA website didn't provide a way to purchace tickets for these games. There are fixtures listed for both Junior B Championships and Senior B Championships on the dates I'm looking at. Not sure what either of those division titles really stand for...Any and all advice is VERY much appreciated.
These are just local club matches, so you just pay at the gate as you enter, if there is indeed a cover charge at all. And it is very unlikely that they will be sold out.
Great news, looking forward to watching a match! Thanks for responding to my question!
Greetings from Ireland, Ben is indeed right, the attendance those game will be in the hundreds so there'll be no problem getting into to see them.
Only the All-Ireland hurling final is a sell-out, I attended an All-Ireland semi-final a few years ago and there was tons of empty seats around me. I don't think any other hurling game has been a sell-out for a long time.
Enjoy
