I'm booking public transportation for a trip spanning 17 October-3 October. Problem areas are getting from Drogheda to Armagh and from Derry to Westport. Best I can do now is train to Portadown. I see bus 270 will take me to Armagh, but I can't book ahead of time. Then rom Derry it looks like I can get a bus to Westport via Donegal, but again, I can't book it ahead of time. Am I missing something?
Hi there you dont need to book ahead of time if it is a cross border service its usually operated by Bus Eireann the Republic of Ireland bus company if sometimes the route is served by Translink (the Northern Ireland public transport provider) and the Republic of ireland Bus eireann (Or Irish rail in the case of the train in conjunction with Northern Ireland railways NIs train system) the number 64 bus eireann cross border service goes to Galway from londonderry/derry
