Will be traveling in Ireland this summer depending upon public transport. Is there a bus to move us from Westport to Cong? And is there a bus between Cong and Galway? Thanks.

Bus Eireann run route 456 from Westport to Galway.
Local Link Galway run route 431 connecting with that service at Ballinrobe, to Cong.
The 431 runs from Claremorris station to Carraroe. So from Westport another way to do it is train to Claremorris then bus 431 to Cong.
