Private tour recommendations please
My husband are looking for some private tours in Northern Ireland and Ireland May 2026. We will have a car but decided to hire a driver for some of the sites.
The locations we are looking at in Belfast:
The Giant Causeway Coast with possibly including Old Bushmill Distillery.
Black Cab Tour
Ireland:
Ring of Kerry
Dingle Peninsula
Has anyone used a particular driver or service that they could recommend?

For the Giant's Causeway and other Antrim Coast area sites from Belfast, we used Glenara Elite Travel, and it was wonderful. (We did have to pay a surcharge for pick up and drop off in Belfast, FYI.) Dean was our driver. https://glenaraelitetravel.com/giants-causeway/
For our Black Cab Tour, we used Paddy Campbell Tours http://belfastblackcabtours.co.uk after another company we'd booked with left us in the lurch. This tour was also wonderful.
We had a spectacular experience with John Robbin/Craicntour this May. Spent the day with him visiting the Giants Causeway with a stop for a tasting at Bushmills. He also took us to where his roots are—the Antrim Glens. He can tailor the day to what suits you best. For example, we like to hike and he suggested we hike the rim trail at the Causeway which was amazing and also not nearly as crowded as the area where all the bus tours go. I highly recommend him!

For the Dingle area I highly recommend Coastline tours. We used them for a shuttle from Shannon airport to Dingle and for an all day tour to Killarney National Park and Kenmare. It was a delightful day and we couldn't have had a more enjoyable time. It was like doing an excursion with another friend.
