Traveling to Ireland in late June and looking to hire a private tour guide to take us on a day trip through Killarney National Park (Gap of Dunloe), Ring of Kerry, some off-the-beaten path locations too! Anyone have any recommendations?

We just experienced a wonderful tour of the Ring of Kerry with Paul Brown out of Kenmare. If you are like us you will want to leave the driving to Paul and let him share stories of this most spectacular area. Could not recommend more highly. He may be booked up in June but I encourage you to check ASAP. [email protected]

Another option is Gerard Scott with Killarney Guided Tours. We’ve used him twice, and have recommended him to friends, who were also very pleased. He lives in Killarney, so he knows the area very well. Just tell him your criteria for the kind of day you want to have, and he’ll make it happen.
