My wife and I are doing the best of Ireland Tour in September 2025. What are good lodging options for pre-tour in Dublin and post-tour in Belfast?

We took the shorter 8 day tour and stayed in the same hotels as the tour. They were both lovely.

Pre-tour we stayed on our own at the Grafton Hotel in Dublin. We were very happy with the hotel and it's convenient location, and would stay there again. Our tour stay was at the Hampton by Hilton Dublin City Center and though it is not a terrible hotel, I would never choose it for a stay in Dublin.
Our post-tour hotel in Belfast was The Europa Hotel and if we had stayed on, we would have gladly extended our stay there.
