Please review my intinerary and provide feedback

I arrive in Dublin at 5 AM on a Friday. I will stay at Trinity College Friday night.
Saturday - leave on a Paddywagon Tour and return to Dublin on Thursday.
Thursday evening - dinner in a pub. Any suggestions? We will stay at Trinity Lodge Thurs; Friday; Saturday and Sunday night.
Friday - Historical Walking Tour at 11:00 AM; Musical Pub Crawl at 7:30 PM.
Saturday - Book of Kells at 9:30 AM; Jameson Distillery from 4:30 PM to 7:00 or so.
Sunday - nothing planned.

Monday - leave Dublin at 1:00 PM.

Questions...
1. I want to go to Kilmanham Jail; St Patricks; Christ Church and Dublin Castle. Could you suggest which days I could fit these in based on where I'll be on each day? I realize I could do them on Sunday but maybe it would be best to fit one of them in on say, Friday afternoon or Saturday afternoon or even Thursday evening.
2. Could you suggest which passes (i.e. transportation) might work best for me?

Please comment.

Kind regards;
JS

JS: You very likely can do St. Patrick's and Christ Church on Friday afternoon after your walking tour, they are both within walking distance from Trinity Lodge. Kilmainham Gaol admission is by reserved ticket only--go to the website http://kilmainhamgaolmuseum.ie/ and select what works best for you. The website also has transportation information on how to get there. It is on the Hop-on, Hop-off bus route which may be an option. also, the Rick Steves guide to Ireland has a section that discusses the various transportation options--review it and select what works best for you.
