Wondering what the best option would be for a place to stay in Dublin for three months. Imagine hotel might be expensive. B&B? Room to rent in a house? Any other ideas?

For 3 months anywhere I would try to find an apartment, or at the very least a room to rent in a house with kitchen privileges. Hotels and b&b's would be pretty expensive for that long of a time. For that long you would probably want to do some (or most) of your own cooking rather than eating out. You could look for a private apartment (though airbnb or VRBO, etc) or an apart-hotel.
