Second visit to Ireland. Planning for May. Considering quality time in one or two areas rather than a crammed itinerary.
If you had to choose between south, west or north peninsulas for ocean views, history, light hiking, good food and drink, and especially craic, what would be your choice?

I would choose a cottage on Valentia Island near the Ring of Kerry and on the Skelligs Ring
Have a pint in the Bridge Bar in Portmagee
Do one or other guided walk with Ray from walkwithme.ie
