Once arriving in Ireland .. how will I be contacted for the passenger locator form folks?
Do I need an international phone plan.. or just use wifi for the locator when I arrive at the hotel to reply to the form?
Also… if I just use wifi.. will I be charged at all for texts incoming from the US?
