Darling husband and I plan to be in Paris late March. Giving thought to flying from Paris to DUB on either Easter Sunday 1 April or Easter Monday. We've challenged one another to pack like Rick Steve's (light) so don't know if we need buy more expensive one-way airfare from Paris to Dub (pay to check luggage). Also, interested in the experiences/opinions of folks in this Forum as to best airlines to use for that segment (don't really want a 4+ hour layover in Amsterdam).

Are your plans to then fly home from Dublin or back to Paris? Check out skyscanner.com for intra-European flights. I see non-stops from Paris to Dublin (one way) on Monday Apr 2 for $48-63 depending on airline. Sunday non-stops also available but a bit higher, around $90. Of course budget airlines' base fares will increase with added services.
