Hi,
We will be in Ireland for either 2 or 3 weeks in June. Any suggestions for outdoor activities, particularly involving animals, and other outdoor activities other than just walking or hiking?

Golf? Ireland has some spectacular courses on the coast i.e. Watervile, Dooks, Lahinch, Doonbeg, Donegal and Murvah to name a few. Also sheep dog herding demonstrations are fun.

Many people recommend the falconry schools offered at some of the castles, I’ve never done one but the people who have seem to love them.
I enjoyed a farm visit with the sheep dog demonstration.
