I am trying to purchase "The complete Road Atlas of Ireland" by Ordance Survey. I have looked on Amazon but I get the feeling that their map is not the most up to date one. I did visit the Ordance website but it looks like you purchase the atlas to down load. Have any of you purchased the "binder" format that Rick Steve's talks about?? I would like to purchase the atlas and have it shipped to our home if possible.

Thank you Georgia! I must have been asleep when I was on the website this morning. Is this the map you are using for your trip?
Yup! I will say, it does get a bit confusing at points for planning because it has many names in Gaelic, so I kept having to either look up the names or compare with Google Maps.
Others have recommended the AA road atlas or Michelin atlas as well. I just happened to buy this one based on both Rick Steves' and other travel bloggers recommendations.
Hopefully it won't be too confusing with driving... we shall see on Saturday! :)
I have had a quick look on amazon.com
The AA map is about US$10. This is probably the best option. They take their mapping from the OS(I). I use this one for Ireland both Republic and Northern
