We will be on a RS Ireland tour in Sep. and wanted to see Newgrange the day before our tour begins. RS recommends Mary Gibbons, but she is booked. Does anyone have other recommendations for a day tour from Dublin to Newgrange?

I also tried her I am booked on RS 8 day Ireland tour in May Dublin and was staying an extra night to get out to Newgrange. Also looking for recommendations. I checked the website for site tickets and they are available 30 days out.

We hired Anthony Murphy (Mythical Ireland Tours) in 2018. He’s authored several books, and is a real authority on Newgrange and other ancient sites in Ireland. We’d been in Ireland for a couple of weeks with a car, and were staying in Trim the days we met him for private tours. I’m not certain what arrangements would be involved for someone staying in Dublin or without their own transportation.

We are using Hilltop Treks. It's a small group tour (16 max).
