Need Some Help

We are in the early planning stages for August trip, two adults with rental car. Both first time in Ireland. We don't want to feel rushed, but do have some must dos. Again, this is rough and I'm open to opinions of what to cut, move around, add, where to stay, etc. I will not be offended if I'm way off. Id like to see Rock of Cashel ( a must) and not sure where to fit in. THanks!!

I notice you're going to Blarney Castle on 8/8 - skip Blarney. Very touristy, crowded. Take a breather and explore Adare, a beautiful little village. Have a pint at Seån Collins. Great food, trad music and fun atmosphere. You're going to Bunratty on 8/13, and that can take the place of Blarney. Bunratty Castle is spectacular - you can spend a whole day there.

My advice would be to relax and enjoy your time in Ireland. If you miss a site or two, don't stress! When we drive, I always stop along the way, so an hour trip can take us three hours!
Maybe you can give us an update when you return...
