Need Help with Itinerary 12 days

I have booked a trip for 12 days to Ireland from March 9-21st. We are flying into Shannon airport and out of Belfast airport. I'm working on booking bed and breakfasts and trying to figure out if what I'm thinking is even realistic.

Day 1 Shannon Arrive @5:55am Drive to First Destination & sight seeing?
Day 2 Cliffs of moher, The burren (Where to stay to have easy access to sights?) We will have a rental car
Day 3-4 Dingle

Day 5-6 Cork (Middleton Distillery) Cashel....train to dublin? or drive? (Where to stay?) Is there a central location to drive around so I don't have to do 1 night stays at bed and breakfast locations?

Day 7-8 Dublin for St Patricks day (thinking of staying in dun laoghaire at a B&B--more cost effective) or is there another small out skirts that I could stay at? Would love to see Trim but is that too far since all the festivities are in Dublin. Was thinking we could see the castle and such before we took the train to Northern Ireland.

Day 9-12 Norther Ireland, Antrim Coast

I know we may have to sacrifice some destinations but trying to make our way around and see what we can. Is Dingle worth 2 days? or would that be better spent traveling thru the other counties heading to Dublin for the night of the 15th. Any suggestions on which areas to stay in.

Also if you have any hidden gems you know about or suggestions. ALL would be greatly appreciated.

Hello!

We had a very similar trip to yours this spring so I will share based off my experience.

I would recommend staying in Doolin. It was centrally located and had a great night life and music. If you are interested in the Burren, look into a walking tour. We did one and loved it.

We drove from Dingle, stopped in Cork for the Jameson tour, and then drove on to Kilkenney for our B&B. The next day we saw Cahir Castle and Cashel, with a second night in Kilkenny. This worked well.

I can't really speak for the rest of your trip. Let me know if you want more info. Cheers!
