Hi,

I would actually skip the Ring of Kerry, the drive around the Ring of Beara and the drive to Dingle will be similar.

From Kinsale, I would head towards Kenmare. I would then head to Killarney & then onto Dingle.

As for Galway, I like Salt Hill, Murrays Hotel was nice. Salt Hill is about a 10min cab ride into Galway. There is also a public bus and tourist bus/tram. You can also drive out to see Connemara from there. Someone else may be able to tell you but you may want to book a ferry from Kerry to Galway.

If this is your first time to Ireland, double any of the driving times you get off google. It is not impossible driving but it isn't like driving in the states. Take your time & enjoy the scenery.

Agree with Mary -- skip ROK and double driving times. I have found the Michelin website much better than google for estimating driving times.

We stayed at Petra House in Galway and found it to be a lovely B&B. Frank and Joan were great fun to talk to and breakfast was delicious!
