Google maps shows lots of "roads" near the Muckross House in Kerry, as well as one that circles Muckross Lake. I can't determine if some or all of these are drivable, or reserved for bikes, horse drawn carts and walkers. Anybody know for sure?
The only real road is the N71. The rest are paths for walking or biking, and for pony traps, except one narrow road that leads to the parking lot near the house and garden.
I hope this helps! Maybe see if satellite view gives you a clearer picture in Google Maps.
If I understand your question correctly, you can certainly drive there and there is a large parking lot.
Thanks Stacy in Conn, just what I wanted confirmed !
