We're planning a quick trip from Doolin to Inis Oirr for one night. It appears there are 3 ferry companies operating out of Doolin, but that sometimes they are unreliable. Our trip is in early September (the 8-9).Can anyone give reviews on these companies to help decide which to choose? Thanks

They are all equally "unreliable" because of the weather. Rough seas or bad weather can cause them to cancel sailings. And if one cancels, they all do. Ferries from Rossaveal go a slightly different route and are less prone to cancellation, but they aren't infallible, either.
