Monetary gifts for hosts and wedding

Coming from the U.S. how and where can I purchase a gift card in Ireland that can be used everywhere, something like a Visa gift card? I need to give a monetary wedding gift and a gift for our host familyl.

Most grocery stores have the rack that has itunes, visa, etc gift cards. You top them up, there!

Enjoy the wedding - don't expect to get much sleep! Irish weddings end up being 3 day affairs with all the craic!!
