In one room or more? Or do you want a flat? What's your budget? How close do you need/want to be to the centre (tourist sights)?

We stayed at Buswell Hotel per Rick Steves travel book and loved it, you can walk to everything in the town center. Make sure to sign up for the Literary Pub Crawl, it was a great evening in the heart of Dublin.

Just for the heck of it, I reserved an apartment at Trinity College for a stay in June 2016. Price and location are good. 76 euros per night for a single.

We just got back from Ireland this week. We stayed two nights at the Kilronan House. It's about a 10 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green. It was a great B&B with great breakfast on a quiet street. Highly recommended.

My family was there a year ago. After researching, my sis and I figured the best option for the six of us (two couples, Mom, and me) was a three-bedroom apartment. Using Trip Advisor, we found a terrific location about two blocks west of O'Connell Street and a few blocks north of the Post Office. We were only about a 10 minute walk from the start of the Hop On-Hop Off bus route, which was perfect for our transport the two days we were there. We had a small kitchen, a single unit washer/dryer for small loads, and adequate beds and a decent sized bathroom. There were restaurants and pubs in walking distance, and a convenience store with quite good breakfast options for the morning. We only paid €777 total for the three nights we spent there, which was darn cheap spread out over the six of us.

Also, the rental company provided a ride from the airport for only another 50€, and the driver was fantastic--friendly, helped me with my luggage when I was struggling a bit at the airport, asked if we wanted coffee after our flight and stopped at what looked like the airport drivers' hangout (a gas station with a big choice of beverages and munchies) so we could get caffienated, and then gave us a ride back to the airport after we checked out of the apartment so we could pick up our car rental, without charging us for that extra ride (we tipped him well, though!). He even recommended what has become my favorite mixed drink after I asked him what he liked to order at the pub while we were chatting on our drive to the apartment (ginger ale and Jameson's with a wedge of lime--yum!).
