We (4 travelers) have an 11 hour layover in late may at the Shannon Airport on the way to Heathrow. 5:30am to 5pm. We want to use the day the best way we can. A quick search shows the cliffs of Moher, Bunratty castle and an, abbey. Has anyone had any experience using the bus to get to these areas? Looks like a car hire for the day would only be $55, maybe cheaper than bus tickets for us all.
