Can one buy a leap card at Dublin Airport terminal 2 on arrival ?

According to their website they are sold at the Spar shop in terminal 2. Can't vouch for that myself but I assume it's accurate.

Yes, you can buy the Leap Pass at the SPAR shop in Terminal 2. You will want the VISITOR's leap pass (I assume). We got the one for 72 hours and it is good for all buses/trams, etc. EXCEPT for the Hop-On/Hop-Off bus. They did not have an information folder about using the pass at SPAR, but they did have them at the stop outside the terminal where you get picked up.
