Leap Card

I'm doing a little research into how to get around once we get to Dublin and found the Leap Card website. I can't get any info from the site about shipment to the US and I even tried calling but my call wouldn't go through. Does anyone know how long shipment to the US takes for the Leap Card? We leave on April 24th. I'm wondering too if I should just wait until we get there to buy this card. Do they sell this in the Dublin Airport? Thanks again.

I am more interested in a regular Leap Card not the Tourist Card since we will be in Dublin for a couple of days then on our CIE tour then back in Dublin for another day and a half. Do you know if they also sell these at the airport? Thanks!

Most tickets sold in Europe don't offer shipment to the US and such an option would usually be an unnecessary hassle.

Rick's Ireland guidebook says, "The refillable plastic Leap Card can be loaded with credit for single transit trips or a bus pass such as the Rambler Pass. Regular Leap Cards are sold at TIs, newsstands, and markets citywide (mostly Centra, Mace, Spar, and Londis)--look for the leaping-frog logo." So that should include the airport locations that Kelly identified.

It's easy to get at the airport; just ask at an information center, and they'll point you to the right place if they don't sell it at that sport.

The Visitor Leap can be purchased in 1, 3, & 7 day increments and can be topped off. This is according to their website. I'm going in the fall and will be in Dublin for 3 nights. My plan is to purchase a 3 day card and then top it off for the remaining day that I need it for.
