Looking at flying Finnair into Dublin Airport at 7:55 am and catching a 9:40 am Aer Lingus or Ryanair flight to Paris. Questions is this enough time? Anyone have experience with this? I am assuming I will need to go through customs and reenter to fly to Paris.

Since Finnair and Ryannair both operate out of Terminal 1, that shouldn't be a problem. Most likely you will have to go through security in Dublin (we did both times we connected there), but you shouldn't have to go through customs or immigration (we didn't); that will occur in Paris.
