Was just in Kinsale and thought others may like to know… the town museum and wine museum are currently closed due to COVID fallout. The suggested Bulman Bar near Charles Fort had limited hours (opening at 4 or 5 pm) due to staffing issues.
Don’t miss the Scilly walk to Charles Fort! There is an infrequent bus that will take you back into town for €1. Ask the front desk when you arrive when the next bus back is. There is a very sweet tea room (cash only) with sandwiches, coffee and cakes at Charles Fort, too - if the weather is nice, it has been one of my favorite views for a meal on this trip!
