We are looking for a recommendation in Kinsale for 2 adults. We know we are on holiday weekend (August 3-5), but can not be flexible on the dates. All of Rick's suggestions are booked, as well as the suggestions from the host's at his recommended spots.
All of these are booked: Desmond House, Blindgate House, Pier House, Friar's Lodge, Old Presbytery, Cloisters, Old Bank Townhouse, Giles Norman Townhouse, Actons hotel. We are waiting for response from email/voicemail to San Antonio B&B and The Sea Gull. Any other suggestions would be welcomed and greatly appreciated.

It's been a long time since I was in Kinsale. We stayed at Perryville House and loved it. It seems it is still well reviewed.

We stayed at the White House Hotel a few years ago and liked the location. Even though they didn’t show any availability on their website for our upcoming fall trip, when we emailed them they gave us a quote for the two rooms we need. However we had already booked the Trident Hotel which seems like a good fit for us on this trip. Not exactly quaint or quirky but we like the possibility of water views.

Thanks so much for the suggestions, both were booked, Through some internet searching we found Dalton's Bar and Accommodation (an apartment over Dalton's Bar). Frances Dalton seemed lovely over the phone when booking directly and the reviews and photos on Booking.com and Tripadvisor looked good.
