We are driving from Killarney to Dublin. We want to make a stop for lunch and to see some sights. We are thinking either Kilkenney or Cashel. Any suggestions?

Either would work - or else their is Cahir which doesn't feasture on the usual tourist tick list....

Kilkenny is a bit out of your way, and I wouldn't want to have to find parking there just for lunch. Cashel or Cahir (or both) would be my choice.
