We will be in Killarney for 4 nights, five days. Any suggestions on must-sees.

The National Park, preferably via Jaunty cart and Muckross House. IMO, 4 days is too long for Killarney. I know many people love it, but it is not my favorite spot. 1 or 2 nights is plenty.

Definitely a day tour of the Ring of Kerry. There are also the small towns of Dingle and Kenmare which are both less than 1 hour from Killarney. Also, Cork/Cobh is only an hour and 15 minute drive from Killarney. Cobh was the last port of call for the Titanic, and they have a whole "Titanic Experience" there. Have fun!
