'm just beginning planning for a full hike of the Kerry Way next spring. I'm in good shape, have been hiking sections of the AT for 20+ years and am already familiar with that part of Ireland from a week-long stay in Caherdaniel earlier this year.
I see several tour companies that offer accommodation, luggage transfer and breakfast but it's pretty pricey (especially with the solo traveler supplement). I would prefer to book my own accommodation through Air BnB or B&Bs and pay a company for luggage transfer.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who walked the Kerry Way and set up their own trip or anyone who knows of reliable, inexpensive luggage transfer services.
