Hello,
My husband and I will be staying in Kenmare in late September and are interested in visiting the Kerry International Dark Sky Reserve. However, we are reluctant to drive 1.5 - 2 hours on dark roads at night. I'm looking for general tips and information about the Reserve as well as information on any tours or private drivers. Thanks!

Why don't you stay closer? Google Maps shows 3 accommodation near the turnoff from the main road.
