Itinerary help: Dingle vs Ring of Kerry/Skellig Michael

We have a 5-day stay in Ireland where 2 days in Dublin. We want to have 3 days visiting Dingle, Ring of Kerry and Skellig Michael. What is the best direction to minimize driving?
option 1) Dingle - Ring of Kerry(counter-clockwise) - Skellig Michael - Killarney national park
option 2) Killarney- Ring of Kerry(counter-clockwise) - Skellig Michael - ladies view - muckross house - Dingle
2) Is one day enough to do Ring of Kerry with Skelling Michael?
3) If I have to choose between Ring of Kerry and Dingle, which one is more quaint and relaxing?
4) Between the coast ring of kerry drive vs Killarney national park, which one is more scenic? (if I have to choose between the two)?

Tentative itinerary
Arrival day: Kerry airport at 6pm on Saturday. One-hour drive to Dingle.
Day 1: Dingle peninsula and end the evening drive and stay at Portmaggee
Day 2: Portmaggee/Skelling Michael and rest of Ring of Kerry to Kenmare
Day 3: Killarney national park whole day.
Day 4: Morning train to Dublin
Day 5: Day tour in Dublin (Book of Kells, Oscar Wilde, Guinness tour...etc)
Day 6: Morning flight departure

If you want to go over to Skellig Michael, get off , explore and then come back, it will take the better part of the day. The ride over can take 1 hour, they give you about 2 to 2.5 hours to explore and then 1 hour back. I don't think that would give you enough time to do Skellig Michael as well as ROK in the same day.
