Itinerary - and advice where to eat on road from Dublin after landing

We will be arriving in Dublin on an early morning flight and then driving to our first destination (3 nights) in Castleisland, County Kerry.

We will likely be pretty hungry when we arrive and would appreciate suggestions about where to stop for a breakfast bite on the road not too far from the airport. It looks like Limerick might be an interesting and sensible later stop on the way for lunch or an afternoon stroll.

From our Castleisland base, we plan to do either Dingle or the Ring of Kerry, and Killarney National Park.

From there, we go to Bealaclugga, County Clare for 4 nights, and plan Cliffs of Moher and Galway day trips.

Then, we return to Dublin for 3 nights before departing.

We are just starting to read and study to make more detailed plans and would welcome other recs for both food and activities.

Thanks!

There are some options in the airport, just before the exit, which are suitable if you want to eat right away. There is a sit-down restaurant and a food court type area.

Are you sure you want to drive immediately upon arrival? You'll probably be jet lagged, somewhat sleepy, unfamiliar with the area, and driving on the opposite side of the road than usual. Some people aren't bothered by those things. But others are driving in an impaired state, others are in la la land to various degrees, and still others shouldn't be allowed to use sharp tools. Even a small fender bender at the start of a trip can put a damper on everything that follows. Perhaps you can do Dublin at the beginning of the trip. Don't mean to be Debbie Downer, just offering food for thought.

I agree with TC. If you have not already confirmed all hotels, I would consider doing Dublin first. You do not need a car doe Dublin You could pick up the car after your days in Dublin on your way to kerry.
