Did anyone experience problems with AER Lingus
My bag was missing when I arrived from Dublin at Dulles Airport (non-stop flight). Bag was returned within days, but items in my bag were missing (it was not locked). Aer Lingus blames Fed EX who delivered the bag to my house. What can I do?

I've flown them a number of times. The only issue I ever had was a mechanical delay leaving Dublin once. But the EU261 compensation was processed quickly, and almost paid for the whole round trip.

You can look at insurance options that are available to you. These might include travel insurance, credit card purchase protection insurance, or even your homeowners insurance.
My response to Aer Lingus would be that it was their responsibility to get my property to me intact, regardless if they feel it was the actions of their subcontractors.
Just flew to Dublin on 10/10 and home from Shannon on 10/24 and everything was great.
