Has anyone returned to US recently directly from Dublin? I know there is a preclearance where passengers go through immigration, customs, etc. in Dublin and arrive in New York as if it was a domestic flight.
I assume these workers are not US government employees so should not be impacted. But just want to check for current, real experience.
