Irish Genealogist recommendation request

Have hit a brick wall!

Completed all we can do on Ancestry.com, Roots Ireland, National Library and Irish Genealogy. Still trying to find ancestry records in Dublin and other areas circa 1830.

Any suggestions on a researcher?

Traveling to Ireland in May 2016 and want to visit villages, cities, churches where ancestors lived.

Have you tried the Family History Library in Salt Lake City?

Greetings from Ireland, thats a surprise that the National Library cant help. Do you mind If I ask why you've hit the wall, were records burned or lost?
I'm regarded as an expert (albeit amateur) on Irish Genealogy, but don't do research like your looking for. i could of course put you in contact with Research-Genealogists as I often refer my Rick Steves Tour-Members to them.
But if you feel like contacting me with the general info you have, Id be confident I can put you back on the right track again, maybe helping you understand why you've hit the wall.
Knowing what denomination your ancestors were will be the first clue (Irish catholic and Scots-Irish Presbyterians had a much different existence and a different emigration experience for example), also what county they were from and a rough idea of when they left would be a massive help.
A huge amount of public records were burned almost 100 years ago by the IRA attack on the Dublin Customs House (the national records archive) and this could be a reason you're stuck.
Anyway, drop me a line and we'll try and get your mission back on track!
