Irish - feeling B&B or hotel in Dublin

I am taking my adult children to Ireland with the first two nights in Dublin. A big happening in our family and probably not to happen again. Can anyone recommend a place to stay that will give my kids an Irish-feeling experience right off of the plane? My husband has difficulty walking to nearer to the action (without too much) :) would be helpful.
Thanks much,
Martha

Any genuine B&B in Ireland owned and run by an Irish family will certainly provide the experience you seek.

You’ll be in Dublin. I’m not sure how much more of an Irish feeling you can get. A B&B or small family run hotel should get you what you might be looking for. We stayed at Albany House one night when we visited and enjoyed it. We also spent a night at what is now Trinity Townhouse, but didn’t care for our room’s location right under the main entrance. It is right by Trinity College and in a good location. Both hotels are within a couple minutes walk to central Dublin.
